Chris Arnone

Partner, Moore Colson CPAs & Advisors

Chris Arnone is a Partner and Business Assurance Practice Leader at Moore Colson. Chris has extensive experience in serving companies in the transportation, manufacturing, distribution, staffing, private equity and venture capital industries. In addition to audit and accounting services, Chris has significant experience in mergers and acquisition due diligence as well as expertise with employee benefit plans.

Chris’ responsibilities at Moore Colson include leadership of the firm’s Business Assurance Practice, coordination of assurance services for clients, technical research and consultation, maintaining and expanding client relationships, developing and implementing value-added ideas, and mentoring and training professionals within the firm. Chris graduated from the University of Scranton in 1997, where he served as the co-captain on the men’s basketball team and received the University’s excellence in accounting award.


Mark Beecher

President / Owner, Utility Trailer Sales of Georgia & East Tennessee

Mark Beecher is the President and Owner of Utility Trailer Sales of Georgia and Utility Trailer Sales of East Tennessee. He has over 26 years of experience in the trucking industry.

Mark's dealerships offer New and used Semi Trailers for sale in Stockbridge, GA, Gainesville, GA and Knoxville, TN. In addition to trailer sales, all of his locations offer short term rentals and long term leases.

He and his wife Kim have been married 25 years and have three wonderful children; Ashton Bradon and Madison.

He received his degree from Georgia Southern University


Rebecca Brewster

President & COO, American Transportation Research Institute

Rebecca Brewster is President and Chief Operating Officer of the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI). ATRI is the trucking industry’s not-for-profit research organization, whose mission is research to improve the trucking industry’s safety and productivity.

Rebecca is the recipient of several awards including Fleet Owner magazine’s 2016 Dozen Outstanding Women in Trucking, the 2013 Influential Woman in Trucking award from the Women in Trucking Association, and the 2010 J.R. Bob Halladay award given by the 50 state trucking associations. Rebecca has been with ATRI for over 25 years. Prior to that, she was the Public and Governmental Affairs Director for the Cary, North Carolina Chamber of Commerce and a Fleet Analyst with Moen, Inc. Rebecca has a B.A. in English from Wofford College and she is a Fellow of the North Carolina Institute of Political Leadership.


Bill Cherry

Director National Accounts, Nikola Corporation

Bill Cherry has over 25 years’ experience in the banking and transportation sectors. He began his career in the Executive Management Training program at SunTrust Bank in the mid 1990s. After working in traditional banking, he joined a FinTech company, Electronic Funds Source. EFS is a payment processing company that focuses on the transportation sector.

Bill served as Director of National Accounts and has worked with many of the largest Over the Road fleets in the US. He joined Nikola Motor in the spring of 2018 and is currently the Director National Accounts, spending his time sharing the Nikola Motor story with fleets and industry leaders who want a better understanding of how zero emission trucks will impact the transportation sector in the years to come.


Kevin Greiner

President & CEO, Gas South

Kevin Greiner has served as Gas South’s President and CEO since the company’s founding in 2006. sales and driving to dock work and safety. Since that time, Gas South has become one of the Southeast’s leading retail energy providers, roughly doubling in size to serve over 320,000 residential, business and governmental customers in competitive natural gas markets in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

He has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, having also worked at Southern Company and Enron Corp.

Kevin earned an MBA and MS in natural resource policy from the University of Michigan and a BA from Wesleyan University. His hobbies include playing tennis, scuba diving, playing the piano, and traveling the world with family and friends. He and his wife, Robyn Roberts, have two children and live in Decatur, Georgia.


Randy Guillot

President, Triple G Express Inc. - Chairman, American Trucking Associations

Randy has more than 33 years of experience working in the trucking industry and is President of Triple G Express, Inc. and Southeastern Motor Freight, Inc. During his time in trucking, Randy has worked in all aspects of the business, ranging from sales and driving to dock work and safety.

Randy is the Chairman of American Trucking Associations, the largest national trade association for the trucking industry. The Guillot family has been longtime active members of the American Trucking Associations, with Randy’s father, Elmo Guillot, instilling a strong commitment to serve the industry and the ATA federation. Randy is also Past Chairman of Louisiana Motor Transport Association.

Randy graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a BA in Business Administration. He has been married to his wife Renee’ since 1983 and the couple has 3 grown children and one grandchild.


Chris Leggett

President/CEO, LGE Community Credit Union

LGE is a $1.6 billion credit union located in Marietta, GA. Chris joined LGE in October 2007 and became CEO in January 2009. Chris began his career with First Florida Credit Union in Jacksonville, Florida; he served in various positions including IT Manager, VP/Branch Operations, and EVP/Chief Financial Officer. Chris also spent 4 years at PSCU-Financial Services, the country’s largest CUSO, as Director of National Sales.

Leggett is active in several areas of the financial industry; he currently serves on the Board of League of Southern Credit Unions, he has served as Board Chair of both the Georgia Credit Union League and Georgia Credit Union Affiliates, Director and Board Chair of Cooperative Services, Inc. (CSI), Advisory Board for CUNA’s CEO Roundtable, Advisory Committee for Velocity Solutions and Executive Advisory Council for CUSO Financial Services; Director for the LGE Community Outreach Foundation and LGE Insurance Services, LLC. Chris also serves on the Leadership Advisory Council for Congressman Barry Loudermilk.


Kevin McCrackin

Director of Business Development, Chesapeake Utilities

Kevin McCrackin is the Director of Business Development for Chesapeake Utilities. His responsibilities include oversight of Marlin Gas Services, a compressed natural gas (CNG) virtual pipeline trucking operation, establishment of CNG fueling stations, fuel supply contracting (including CNG, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and renewable natural gas (RNG)), and the development of RNG and LNG production facilities and distributed generation projects.

Kevin has held positions with numerous responsibilities, including business development, gas supply acquisition and hedging, sales and marketing, construction services, field operations, alternative fuel fleet management and regulatory affairs. He has been involved in a number of start-up energy companies, energy services operations and natural gas infrastructure projects, including New Fortress Energy (1st LNG plant in FL), Gas South, UtiliPRO Home Services, AGL Energy Services and AGL Biogas operations.


Frank Morris

Director, Clean Cities - Georgia

Frank retired from UPS as Vice President Corporate Public Affairs managing the State, City and Municipal Government relations for UPS in the Southeast, including Georgia, and established himself as an effective lobbyist, protecting and advancing the interests of a Fortune 50 Corporation. He has been asked to speak on transportation issues on behalf of UPS throughout the Southeast focusing on congestion and curbside access issues and the challenges of providing excellent delivery service while supporting the efforts of cities to improve congestion on surface roads.

Frank has extensive experience working with outside stake holders, having served as a board member of the State Trucking Associations in several states as well as a board member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, the Sandy Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Georgia Charter School Association and the Georgia Transportation Alliance. Since retiring from UPS after 35-years of service, Frank has established a government affairs consulting firm representing the Georgia Charter Schools Association, UPS and other clients and is the Executive Director to Clean Cities Georgia.

Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Frank and his wife Debbie, reside in Milton, Georgia. They have three adult children.


Steven Murphy

Partner - Transportation & Logistics, Moore Colson CPAs and Advisors

Steven Murphy is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Tax Services Practice. Steven works with the coordination of tax services for clients, planning and organizing engagements, managing the progress of work, maintaining and expanding good client relations, suggesting and implementing tax planning ideas, performing research, and supervising staff.

Steven’s professional background in public accounting, along with his strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills, complement Moore Colson’s already diversified tax team. With expertise in federal and state tax planning, Steven’s successful business background includes serving clients in the transportation, retail, manufacturing, and technology industries. Steven started his professional career at Arthur Andersen LLP, where he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. He then spent two years with Deloitte & Touche LLC, and most recently worked as a Tax Manager with closely held clients at a local firm before joining Moore Colson in 2007.


Rick Reynolds

President and Dealer Principal, Peach State Truck Centers

Rick Reynolds is the President and Dealer Principal of Peach State Truck Centers, the Southeast’s largest Freightliner dealership group.

Rick graduated from Auburn University in 1979 with a BS in Accounting. After graduation he joined Coopers Lybrand, a Big 8 International Public Accounting firm, where he worked as a CPA in the audit/ tax division for 8 years. In 1987 Rick became the Regional CFO for Cushman and Wakefield, an international commercial real estate firm.

Rick joined Peach State in 1995. He recently served as Chairman of the Freightliner Dealer Council and as Chairman of the Georgia Motor Trucking Association. Rick was named ATD Dealer of the Year in 2018.

 


Peter Sumerford

President - J & M Tank Lines, Inc.

As the President and Director of Sales & Marketing, Peter directs all sales activities and sales personnel for J & M Tank Lines, Inc. Named to that position in 2002, he is responsible for all sales strategy and marketing efforts, driving business growth, pricing and lane analysis, setting standards for department employees’ performance and working with the Chief Executive Officer to formulate the company’s strategic goals. Under his guidance, J & M’s revenue has increased from its 2002 level of $23 million to its current level of $73 million. Additionally, J & M has expanded its geographic footprint beyond Georgia and Alabama through the establishment of new accounts and terminal operations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Texas.

Prior to being appointed to this position, Peter held various management and director positions in dispatch and operations for 13 years at J & M Tank Lines, Inc. Having worked at five different terminals and with four different modes of surface transportation, Peter has a vast knowledge and understanding of trucking operations.

Peter has more than 30 years in the transportation industry. He has experience in various segments of the surface transportation industry, including flatbeds, refrigerated vans, liquid tanks, and dry bulk tanks.

Peter received a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation and Physical Distribution from Auburn University. He is a member of the board of directors of the National Tank Truck Conference and the current Chairman of the Georgia Motor Trucking Association.


Adam Willis

Vice President - F & W Transportation, Inc.

Adam Willis grew up in Augusta, GA and Thomson, GA. He attended Mercer University and the University of Georgia, where he double majored in Finance and Risk Management. Adam started his career in Denver, CO at Lockton Companies, where he worked in their risk management department working with some of their largest clients. Adam is the fourth generation to work in his family-owned trucking business and is currently the Vice President of F&W Transportation in Augusta, GA. He has been a member of GMTA for 11 years and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the 9th District.

Adam served on the CSRA American Heart Association Executive Leadership Committee for several years and his company is a supporter of the American Red Cross, Ducks Unlimited and the Boys and Girls Clubs of the CSRA.

Adam and his wife, Brooke, have three children, Brody, Luke and Lila Brynn. In addition to spending family time on the lake or the golf course, Adam plays on an adult soccer league, is an assistant coach for his son's baseball team and he and Brooke teach Sunday School together at Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church.
